The thumbs-up / thumbs-down song ratings you submit, together with the track, date and time.

A random identifier stored on your device (in a cookie and local storage), and a derived “fingerprint” (a one-way hash of your IP address, browser and language), used to recognise repeat feedback from the same person — including across our network of stations. This identifier is pseudonymous: it does not directly identify you.

Audio streaming data (connection information) via our streaming provider.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
Record and analyse listener song feedback to inform our music programming.
Detect duplicate or repeat votes, including across our stations, so programming reflects distinct listeners rather than one person voting repeatedly.
Improve our website and streaming service.
Prevent spam and abuse.

Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses cookies and browser local storage to remember your preferences (such as volume settings) and, when you rate songs, to store a random identifier (amp_visitor_id) for up to 12 months plus your recent votes, so we can recognise repeat feedback from your device. We also use Google Tag Manager, which may set third-party cookies for analytics. You can clear these at any time in your browser, or use the “Delete my feedback data” button below.

Visitors in the UK and EEA: before we store the feedback identifier or record your vote, we ask for your consent the first time you rate a song. If you decline, no identifier is stored and no vote is recorded. You can withdraw consent at any time using the delete control below.
